The Learn • See • Do system was created to help learners move through three stages: understanding, demonstration, and practice. This structure helps ensure that AI is not used only as a shortcut, but as a tool for deeper learning and applied performance.
The Framework
Three Stages of Applied Learning
Learn
Learners begin by building foundational understanding. This may include key concepts, short lessons, guided explanations, readings, examples, or structured prompts.
See
Learners then observe how concepts are applied. This may include demonstrations, expert examples, AI walkthroughs, avatar explanations, or modeled decision-making.
Do
Learners practice through simulations, role-play, AI tools, reflective prompts, and real-world tasks. This is where learning becomes performance.
